  Initially the owner visited our home and seemed professional. He explained to me that as my home was in very good condition there were only a few piles needing to be done in a particular area. He then became difficult to communicate with and every time I tried to talk about my property discussed the wrong area of my home. I tried to explain the confusion thinking he must simply have our home confused. However, he was not able to have a normal conversation and simply began repeating word. He is an older gentleman in his 70’s I would say and while I am sure he has some great knowledge is may be time to hand over to the next generation or take a step back from this front-line work. I would not trust this company, I would not employ them to do anything there is too much confusion and no continuity.
